About Us
Let us build peace through practical solidarity.
Since 1994, supporting those most in need
The history of the Collettivo Azione Pace (CAP) began in Turin in 1994, when the war in the former Yugoslavia prompted a group of friends to take action rather than remain indifferent. Their first humanitarian trips to refugee camps in Croatia marked the start of a commitment that soon developed into a secular, non-partisan voluntary organisation.

United across borders
For CAP, peace is not merely the absence of conflict, but an ongoing journey built through relationships, listening and solidarity. Over the years, we have brought together people of Italian and Balkan origin to transform emergency aid into bridges of friendship and integration.
