“Stories of Peace”

Hello everyone!

Today is an important day for the Collettivo Azione Pace: for the first time, we have applied for a call for proposals to take part in a crowdfunding campaign.

We have launched ‘Stories of Peace’, a project through which we hope to collect and share some of the many stories that form part of CAP’s history spanning over thirty years: children and families, volunteers, people from different countries and with different backgrounds, and the encounters and relationships that developed during and after the war in the former Yugoslavia.

The call for proposals is organised by Banca Etica and Etica SGR, in collaboration with Produzioni dal Basso, and a number of projects have been submitted. Only a few will be selected to take part in the crowdfunding campaign.

We, of course, hope with all our hearts that ‘Storie di Pace’ will be among them.

If we are selected, we will need the help of many people to carry out the project and raise awareness of the many stories of solidarity, care, connection and collaboration that deserve to be known and shared.

We’ll know the result in about a month’s time.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

Good luck to us and to all the other projects which, like us, are keen to sow the seeds of peace.

We’ll keep you updated!
